More May

I’m not going to lie, I’m a little bit glad to see May go. It’s had some perks but I feel like June is going to be filled with much less disappointments. We made it through May, full of homeschools and working at home and missing out on some of the people and activities we love most.

We did have a few good days to close out the last week of May though!

We’ve enjoyed watching our garden grow!

We got all fancied up for dance pics and had fun taking those.

Hadley ran into one of her besties at the hair salon.

We celebrated my moms birthday with strawberry cake.

We spent a day by the pool with my college friends and their kids!

The girls got to have a few play dates with some of their friends from a school that they haven’t seen in months.

Hadley rearranged and did some decorating to her room.

I completed a virtual Spartan sprint.

And finally finished mulching the flower beds!

I guess it hasn’t been that terrible of a month! But I am looking forward to getting back to some of our favorite things in June!
