Pumpkin Painting

We painted pumpkins with Jarrod's family Sunday afternoon! The girls loved it! We don't ever carve pumpkins at my house because the thought of knives and goo mixed with two rambunctious no fear little girls just stresses me out!

Friday Night Football

Last night was our nephew, Eli's, last football game! We have watched him play almost every Friday night for the last several years and we are definitely going to miss it! I can't believe he is already a senior and that his last football season is already over! Time goes by way too fast!

Eli always plays with so much heart and I am seriously so proud of him and all his accomplishments. There is just something so special about high school football and it makes me so sad to see it come to an end!

Liz Hurley Ribbon Run 2015

I was so glad to get to run the the Liz Hurley Ribbon Run today in honor of Jarrod's Aunt Becky! I couldn't imagine a better team to be on than with Team YaYa! I was so proud of everyone that ran... Over 6,100 people running for the fight against breast cancer!

I'm so thankful I inherited such wonderful family when I married Jarrod! Aunt Becky is such a strong and special lady in my life! Love you YaYa!!

Girls Weekend and AWANA

Jarrod went on a little hunting trip this weekend so it was just us girls for a few days.

Saturday, my sister-in-law watched the girls while I went and ran the Running with the Goats 5k race in Elkmont. The course was pretty tough and I got one of my worst race times but still managed to place and get a goat shaped trophy. Hadley was so excited "we" won a trophy for her room!

After that, we headed to Isom's to get some fall produce and apple cider slushies! It's soooo good!!

We finished all our chores Saturday afternoon so we could enjoy Sunday afternoon with the family.

We started AWANA a few weeks ago at our church and have been having a blast! The girls love it and I really love the fun we have with my little puggles group!

Tonight, we learned that God made the sky and the clouds so what better activity than making our own clouds out of shaving cream!?!

If you are looking for a fun and exciting place to teach your little ones about God's love, come check out our awesome AWANA clubs at FBC Tanner on Sunday nights at 5:30!

Pumpkin Patch Field Trip

We had such a great time on Hadley's field trip to the pumpkin patch today! It turned out to be a beautiful day even if it was 85 degrees!! I love getting to watch Hadley play and interact with her little school friends!

Happy Fall!!

We have had such a busy week capped off with an even busier weekend! But it's officially fall and the weather has cooled off so we pulled out the boots and sweaters and we're all ready for fall!

Hadley had cheer camp at the high school this week. She had the best time learning cheers and dances. I really don't know how I got such a girly girl but she is definitely as prissy and diva as they come!
Friday morning, I took HC to get her very first haircut! Her little bob turned out solo cute and she did so great!

After haircuts, we picked up Hadley from school and went to the Fiddler's Convention! The weather was pretty dreary so we didn't get to stay too long but we couldn't resist not going by and getting a funnel cake!

Friday night, we surprised our friend for his 30th birthday... Canadian tuxedo style! We all had so much fun!

We woke up early Saturday for our annual neighborhood yard sale. Yard sales are so much work!! I need about a week to recover from it!

After that, we watched the ball game with some friends and enjoyed some wings and ribs! Good thing it was an early game, because we were all asleep by 8:30!!

Fun times but Sunday afternoon naps are definitely on the to-do list for today!
