A Weekend of All the Things

​What a fun and exhausting weekend we had last week. Hadley is doing competition dance and this was her first big competition and convention. She competed her duet and her group dance and spent two long days taking classes. It was lots of fun and I was so proud of her for getting out there with such confidence! 

Meanwhile, HC spent the weekend back at home with Dad supporting her team to the championship at their tournament! 

The children’s choir sung at church on Sunday morning too! So glad for technology so we could all watch everyone do their thing virtually when we are having to divide and conquer!

Spring Break 2022

​We all enjoyed a much needed Spring Break around here. Even though, we didn’t get to travel anywhere, we still enjoyed our days at home and venturing out with friends.

Sadly, we started off spring break with a broken foot for HC! It definitely put a little damper on things but she’s a tough one to slow down! Y’all pray for us all as we try to heal this foot over the next few weeks. It’s no fun having to miss out.  Her sweet teammates were super worried about her and so kind to come running to check on her.

We enjoyed a few days of beautiful weather so we cleaned up the back porch and have enjoyed getting it all ready for spring.

We ventured out to the Go Far Park. It was a wonderful place to it’s roam and play with our friends!

We finished the week spending some time at the ballfield. HC was bummed she couldn’t play but we had a good time cheering on her team anyways.

I’m Back Again

​Man, I have really missed this little spot over the last oh what, year or so! I love capturing our lives here and miss doing that. Due to life, business, laziness, whatever it was, I’ve been MIA but I’m determined to get back here weekly to catch up on all the things. And hopefully I can go back and do sone backtracking to capture the past that I’ve missed as well!
