3 Day Cleanse

Since I'm pretty sure I gained about 100 pounds at the beach this last week I figured I needed to do something before I head back to the beach with my girlfriends in a few days... Especially if I plan to lay on the beach without my moomoo on! So I found this cleanse on Pinterest I am going to try for a few days before I go! This shake sounds delicious and easy! I am going to go ahead and bag up the ingredients so all I have to do is throw them in the blender in the mornings. I make two batches each morning and have one for breakfast (after my coffee of course 😳) and take one for lunch. For supper, I try to have a low calorie meal with extra veggies.  I plan to do this for three days in a row and hope to see some decent results before I have to try to embrace my bikini again.. Good thing I've still got my mom suit on backup if I need it!

- 2 Handfuls Spinach
- 1 Apple
- 1 Banana
- 1 cup of yogurt
- 5 strawberries
- 1/2 Orange
